Previous sales or work experience not required; we provide all the training needed for success. The products are used in the home focusing on the kitchen and some gardening tools as well. Previous experience &amp; knowledge about kitchen tools or sales isn’t needed. We work with a lot of people who are just looking to build up their resume, communication, and networking skills. We provide all the training needed for success.</p><p><strong>Position Details:</strong></p><ul>
<li>
<strong>Excellent pay </strong>– $25.00 base-appt, not based on sales, paid weekly. We have a commission structure set up based on performance. There is an opportunity to make more, but there is still a fallback for the sales rep to make an income even if they have an off week.</li>
<li>
<strong>Solid training</strong> – we’ve been training people to do well for over 40 years. Even if someone doesn’t decide to stay with us long term, the sales, networking, &amp; communication skills they build are needed for any field.</li>

We want you to be a part of our journey!</p><p>The Instructor - CPS will prepare and present materials for academic and enrichment instruction according to the Curriculum Alignment Plan that has been established by the Resource Coordinator. To support and enhance the quality of the school through planning and implementation of student-centered program activities. Under the direction of the Resource Coordinator, the program promotes academic achievement and supports the emotional and social development of participants.</p><p>Duties include, but are not limited to:</p><ul>
<li>Develop and instruct K-8th grade participants in academic &amp; enrichment activities.</li>
<li>Activities must be interactive, creative, and combine different learning approaches.</li>
<li>Lesson plans are due a week prior to instruction.</li>
<li>Keep accurate attendance records.</li>
<li>Generate and maintain performance portfolios for each participant.</li>
<li>Motivate students to increase their performance, attendance, and program retention.</li>
<li>Daily classroom activities will integrate teambuilding, cooperative learning, social emotional development, youth and leadership development.</li>
<li>Supervise and ensure the safety of program participants virtually (if required) &amp; in person.</li>
<li>Participate in faculty and/or school meetings and training as scheduled.</li>
<li>Carry out additional job-related duties as may be directed by immediate supervisor.</li>
<li>Uphold Family Focus mission through a high standard of daily performance.</li>
</ul><p>The ideal candidate will have the following education and experience:</p><ul>
<li>An Associate or Bachelors Degree with an emphasis in Human Services, Education or Youth Development is preferred.</li>
<li>Passion to support childrens learning and success in school through a strength based approach.</li>
<li>Experience in instructing meaningful elementary aged, hands-on, after school academic projects</li>
<li>Teacher and/or volunteer experience in Chicago Public Schools considered a plus.</li>
<li>Training in effective classroom management strategies and techniques</li>
<li>Ability to work in a team to develop an integrated program</li>
<li>Ability to take feedback in the interest of quality program content</li>
<li>Basic computer skills word processing, email, internet research, on-line timesheet</li>

We want you to be a part of our journey!</p><p>The Instructor - CPS will prepare and present materials for academic and enrichment instruction according to the Curriculum Alignment Plan that has been established by the Resource Coordinator. To support and enhance the quality of the school through planning and implementation of student-centered program activities. <li>Assisting customers with self-service kiosk check-in and kiosk baggage processing (e.g., printing boarding passes and receipts) </li>
<li>Servicing and maintaining kiosk machines (e.g., load paper, clean surfaces)</li>
<li>Troubleshooting kiosk technology issues to identify the source of issues or errors</li>
<li>Communicating with IT about kiosk technology issues that require additional servicing</li>
<li>Verifying that customers’ carry-on baggage complies with FAA/American Airlines polices (e.g., size, quantity)</li>
<li>Verifying and clearing travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) for customers traveling internationally (e.g., using the Timatic database available in the kiosk)</li>
<li>Assisting customers with checked baggage processing (e.g., completing credit card transaction, self-tagging, verifying weight)</li>
<li>Queuing lines in ticket counter areas based on departure times or type of assistance needed (e.g., special assistance, to reduce volume of lines or wait time)</li>
<li>Accepting and activating customers’ self-tagged baggage at the activation station</li>
<li>Physically moving baggage throughout the ticket counter area (e.g., move checked baggage to belt, move oversized bags to designated oversized baggage location)</li>
<li>Assisting customers with checking their assistive devices, sporting equipment, and other oversized items (e.g., verify adherence to appropriate policies)</li>
<li>Refer customers to customer service agents when appropriate</li>
<li>Performing clearance and verification of documents at kiosks</li>
<li>Assisting with the physical movement of non-ambulatory customers as they board, deplane, or otherwise move throughout the gate and larger terminal area</li>
<li>Assisting unaccompanied minors with boarding, deplaning, or other transportation</li>
<li>Providing customers with gate information and directions</li>
<li>Performing paging activities (e.g., to announce forgotten items, to ask customers to return to locked bags) (at some airports)</li>
<li>Possibly performing additional related duties as deemed operationally necessary by management consistent with the collective bargaining agreement</li>
<li>Reporting to position on time, as scheduled, and at your assigned station or location, including mandatory overtime requirements, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays Complete job-relevant trainings</li>
<li>Adhere to government regulations (e.g., DOT, FAA, TSA)</li>
<li>Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards </li>
<li>Wear uniforms as required by company policy</li>

</div><p><strong>Job Summary: </strong></p><p>In addition to the responsibilities listed above, this position is also responsible for attending employer, community, and open enrollment events on an on-call basis to educate members and prospects on KP products; delivering formal presentations to employees and prospective members; following detailed instructions when entering and monitoring enrollment performance data and discrepancies; assisting the sales and account management team with routine tasks for KP health plans and benefit offerings when working with customers, internal departments and/or brokers; utilizing basic knowledge of KP health plans and benefit offerings to coordinate events and materials for presentations to prospective members; and assisting colleagues with resolving customers routine questions and concerns about benefits and services.</p><div>
