Develop and implement secure coding practices to ensure the protection of customer data. Conduct regular security assessments and audits of applications running on AWS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure software solutions. Keep up-to-date with the latest security threats and trends, and implement necessary measures to mitigate potential risks. Work closely with the development team to integrate security practices into the software development life cycle. Conduct code reviews and provide recommendations for security improvements. Design and implement security controls for AWS infrastructure and services. Monitor and respond to security incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing necessary remediation actions. Create and maintain documentation related to application security processes and procedures. Participate in security training and education initiatives for team members and stakeholders. Continuously assess the security posture of applications and make recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with external security researchers to identify and remediate any vulnerabilities. Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies in application security.
