Job Title: Customer Service Representative (B2B Experience Required)

Location: SW Chicago, near Pulaski & 47th

 

 

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with B2B or Account Management experience to join the team of our prestigious client. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business clients, handling inquiries, issues, and requests efficiently and professionally.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients, providing updates on orders, shipments, and any issues that arise.

  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, etc.) to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of products/services.

  • Process orders, returns, and service requests while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.

  • Address complex customer service challenges and work proactively to find solutions that meet client needs.

  • Work closely with the account management team to ensure smooth operations and exceed client expectations.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience and optimize service delivery.

  • Meet or exceed individual performance and service-level goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, with a strong emphasis on B2B or Account Management.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and nurture business relationships in a professional manner.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • A proactive, client-first attitude with a focus on long-term business relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with order management systems or customer service platforms.

  • Bilingual candidates are a plus.
