Biscuit Opener

Wheelersburg McDonald's | Early Morning Position | 4:00 AM Start

EARLY RISER? WE HAVE THE JOB FOR YOU!

Our mornings start early — and they start with fresh, made-from-scratch biscuits.

We're looking for a dependable Biscuit Opener to join our Wheelersburg McDonald's breakfast team.

START AT $12/HOUR — PROVE YOUR RELIABILITY & MOVE TO $13/HOUR!

We have a program in place that rewards employees who prove they can be counted on.

Start at $12.00 per hour. After your first 30 days, employees who demonstrate consistent punctuality and reliability will move to $13.00 per hour.

Start Time: 4:00 AM

This isn't just another crew position. Our Biscuit Opener is one of the most important people in our restaurant every morning.

Biscuits are one of our biggest breakfast sellers, and we make them fresh from scratch every morning. Before most people have even started their day, you'll be helping us prepare for hundreds of customers counting on a great McDonald's breakfast.

SHOW UP. BE ON TIME. EARN MORE.

We believe dependable people should be recognized.

That's why we've created a clear opportunity to increase your pay quickly:

Day 1: Start at $12.00/hour

First 30 Days: Show us that you're punctual, reliable, and someone your team can count on

After 30 Days: Employees who successfully meet our punctuality and reliability expectations move to $13.00/hour

Your performance matters, and we want to reward people who consistently show up and do what they say they're going to do.

RELIABILITY IS #1

Because this position starts our biscuit production for the entire restaurant, being on time and dependable is extremely important.

When you're scheduled at 4:00 AM, we're counting on you to be there and ready to go.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in being the person others can depend on.

If you're an early riser who is reliable, hardworking, and likes having an important role on the team, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

As our Biscuit Opener, you'll:

  • Arrive and be ready to work at 4:00 AM
  • Prepare our fresh biscuits from scratch
  • Follow our biscuit recipe and preparation procedures
  • Make sure biscuits are ready for the start of breakfast
  • Maintain excellent food quality and food safety standards
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and stocked

  • Work alongside our opening and breakfast team
  • Help set the restaurant up for a successful morning
  • Take pride in serving a product our customers love

You aren't just making biscuits — you're helping start our day.

We'll teach you how we make our biscuits.

What we need from you is:

  • Excellent attendance and reliability
  • Ability to consistently report to work and be ready for a 4:00 AM start
  • A strong work ethic
  • Attention to detail
  • Pride in the quality of your work
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to follow recipes and procedures
  • A positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • A team-first attitude

MOST IMPORTANTLY: WE NEED SOMEONE WE CAN COUNT ON.

This is a key opening position. Being dependable and on time isn't just preferred — it's essential to being successful in this role.

WANT TO GROW?

Starting as our Biscuit Opener doesn't mean you have to stay in one position.

If you're reliable, hardworking, and interested in learning more, we want to give you opportunities to develop.

There are opportunities to grow from: Crew Member → Crew Trainer → Shift Manager → Department Manager → Assistant General Manager → General Manager

We believe in developing people who demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, leadership, and a willingness to learn.

READY TO BECOME PART OF OUR MORNING TEAM?

If you're someone who likes getting an early start, takes pride in your work, and can be counted on, we'd love to meet you.
