In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small business clients, providing them with personalized financial solutions and exceptional customer service. Develop and maintain relationships with small business clients. Understand clients' financial needs and provide personalized solutions to help them achieve their goals. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Actively promote and cross-sell bank products and services to small business clients. Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to effectively advise clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals. Conduct regular client reviews and provide recommendations for improvement. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Represent the bank at networking events and industry conferences. Stay compliant with all bank policies and procedures. Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities. Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
