About JKC Services LLC

JKC Services LLC is a consulting and call center company based in Atlanta, GA. We're a hub connecting customer service professionals with major businesses that need their expertise. We love introducing people to the work-from-home opportunity so they can enjoy the flexibility and freedom it offers.

We were built by an expert customer service professional with agents in mind — so we know firsthand what this journey looks like, and we're here to support you through it. We believe your schedule should work around your life, not the other way around.

The Opportunity

We're looking for customer-oriented service professionals to provide support through client programs as an independent contractor. The best CSPs are genuinely excited to help people — patient, empathetic, and natural communicators who take pride in solving problems and advocating for the customer.

As an independent contractor, you'll set your own hours within your chosen program's guidelines, working from the comfort of your own home-based business.

What You'll Do

  • Manage incoming customer calls and inquiries
  • Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Build trust and rapport with customers through clear, open communication
  • Provide accurate, complete information using approved tools and methods
  • Meet the call handling and performance standards of your selected program
  • Resolve customer concerns with appropriate solutions, following up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Follow program-specific communication procedures and guidelines
  • Go the extra mile to create a great customer experience

What You Bring

  • Prior customer service or client-facing experience preferred
  • Strong phone presence and active listening skills
  • Comfort with CRM systems and related tools
  • Ability to adapt your approach to different personalities and situations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage your time independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A quiet, distraction-free home workspace with hardwired internet

Ready to take control of your schedule? Apply today and let's get you started.

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
