  • Design the Blueprint: Develop and execute a forward-thinking, global Total Rewards strategy that balances localized regional needs with overall corporate objectives.

  • Strategic Advisory: Serve as the trusted data-driven advisor to executive leadership on workforce cost planning, market trends, and talent competitiveness.

HRIS & Data Governance (The Oracle Champion)

  • Optimize the Engine: Lead the regional HRIS strategy with a heavy focus on Oracle HCM governance, system utilization, and process automation.
  • Turn Data into Narrative: Oversee data integrity and advanced analytics, translating complex HR metrics into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.

Who You Are

Candidate Profile

  • Leadership Expertise: You offer 5–7+ years of advancing leadership in Global Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR Operations.
  • International Perspective: With a history of overseeing regional or multi-country compensation frameworks, you are well-versed in the complexities of international markets.
  • Technical Mastery: You demonstrate deep HRIS knowledge, with hands-on experience in system governance and optimization — Oracle HCM proficiency is strongly preferred. Your proficiency in data modeling and Excel is exceptional
  • Strategic Communication: You excel at distilling complex data into meaningful narratives for executives, clearly explaining the logic behind the figures.
  • Academic Foundation: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent professional expertise.

Additional Advantages:

  • Familiarity with high-complexity industries such as transportation, logistics, shipping, or heavy manufacturing.
  • A background in spearheading major HRIS optimizations or implementations from inception.
