Executive Assistant + Content Creator for the Chief Sales Officer

EXECUTIVE

Remote Full-Time

Are you the kind of Executive Assistant who doesn’t need a to-do list—because you’ve already done it? Do you thrive in high-speed, high-stakes environments supporting visionary leadership? Can you manage a packed calendar, write an email that sounds like your exec, and ghostwrite a compel-ling LinkedIn post—all before lunch? If that’s you, keep reading.

Support the Chief Sales Officer of Brave Thinking Institute—a top-tier personal development and coaching company—as a right hand, sounding board, gatekeeper, and strategic executor. You’ll manage the CSO’s schedule, communications, team accountability, and travel, while also contributing to internal and external content projects.
