Job Summary

As a Walmart Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining crucial data into our systems, working closely with our inventory and sales teams to ensure data accuracy and support efficient operations. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new software systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry: Inputting product information, sales figures, and inventory data into our databases with precision and efficiency, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Data Verification: Reviewing and validating data to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed. Record Maintenance: Updating and maintaining records of inventory levels, sales transactions, and other pertinent data, ensuring seamless data flow and integration. Communication: Collaborating with various departments to ensure effective communication, resolving data-related issues, and providing support as needed. Adherence to Procedures: Following established procedures and guidelines to maintain data integrity and confidentiality, adhering to company policies and standards. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills with a willingness to learn new software systems and technologies. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with a focus on quality and precision. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects and deadlines. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a focus on effective communication and problem-solving. Availability: Ability to work part-time hours as per the assigned schedule, including evenings and weekends if required.
