DYNMX Design is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented freelance graphic designer for ongoing project support as needed. I’m looking for someone who can follow established brand guidelines, work independently, take initiative, and produce polished, professional work across a variety of formats.

This role requires strong experience in both Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office. Presentation and document design expertise is especially important.

Responsibilities may include:

• Designing branded marketing materials and digital graphics

• Creating and editing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint

• Developing PowerPoint templates, themes, slide masters, and reusable layouts

• Designing polished, functional documents and templates in Microsoft Word

• Creating layouts and production-ready files in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

• Following established brand guidelines across different client accounts

• Applying feedback accurately and efficiently

• Preparing organized, editable files for client use

• Using AI-assisted tools thoughtfully to support design workflows

• Managing assignments independently and meeting agreed-upon deadlines

The ideal candidate:

• Must be proficient in spoken and written English and communicate clearly and professionally

• Must have regular availability for project assignments and occasional virtual meetings during U.S. business hours

• Is highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

• Has advanced PowerPoint presentation design experience

• Understands slide masters, themes, templates, and reusable styles

• Can design directly in Microsoft Word and create functional branded templates

• Has a strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and branding

• Is comfortable working across multiple client brands

• Is dependable, responsive, and highly detail-oriented

• Can take initiative while still following creative direction

• Works well independently and responds professionally to feedback

• Maintains organized, editable working files

• Is available for ongoing freelance support as projects arise

BONUS - Experience with Figma and AI-assisted creative tools is a plus.

This is a freelance, project-based position with the potential for regular ongoing work. Please include relevant portfolio samples—especially PowerPoint presentations, Word templates, branded collateral, and Adobe Creative Cloud projects—and share your typical availability, time zone, and turnaround time.
