Aarris Healthcare is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Weekend On-Call Staffing Coordinator to manage caregiver and nursing staff scheduling while providing weekend coverage support to local clients as needed. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who can build and maintain strong relationships with both employees and clients. Experience in a medical office or healthcare administrative work is preferred. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage staffing needs during weekends and holidays.
  • Develop and maintain work schedules by assigning caregivers and nurses to open shifts.
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate scheduling records.
  • Serve as the point of contact for staff and client questions, concerns, and issues.
  • Manage timekeeping and process time-off requests.
  • Assist local clients with activities of daily living when coverage is needed.
  • Maintain confidential, up-to-date employee and client records.
  • Be available for on-call duties throughout the weekend and on holidays.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a staffing coordinator, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Requirements

  • Weekend and holiday coverage required. Shifts are as follows: Friday 6:00 PM – Monday 12:00 AM PST, or Friday 6:00 PM – Monday 6:00 AM PST.
