Salary Range: $36,400.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience: 1+ years of client-facing sales experience.
  • Licensing: General Lines P&C and Life & Health licenses preferred (but we'll help if you need them!).
  • Mindset: Dependable, honest, coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Skills: Top-notch communication, including written, verbal, and phone etiquette, is a must.
  • Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly preferred.
  • A phone interview will not be conducted unless the Assessment is completed.
