PART-TIME HOURS. FULL-TIME KILLER INSTINCT REQUIRED.
Choate Agency | Symmetry Financial Group | Remote | U.S. Residents Only

Most part-time roles are built for people who want less.

This one is built for people who want more - but on their own terms. More income. More control. More proof that what they're capable of isn't being measured where they are right now.

If you're already good at sales and you're sitting on 10-20 hours a week that could be earning real money, keep reading.

WHO WE ARE

The Choate Agency, part of Symmetry Financial Group, provides life insurance solutions to individuals, families, and business owners. SFG was ranked #9 on Forbes' list of 25 companies hiring the most high-paying jobs and named Insurtech of the Year in 2024.

We're adding part-time Remote Sales Executives who want to produce at a high level without a full-time commitment.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
• Work warm leads from our proprietary platform - families and business owners who requested information. You are not prospecting cold.
• Run consultative conversations to understand what people actually need
• Present tailored solutions using our proven sales process
• Close business and build a book that pays you again every year
• Track your pipeline and performance in our AI-powered CRM
• (Optional) Build a team and earn override income on their production

That's the job. No territory management, no internal politics, no quota meetings. Talk to people who asked to hear from you, and close.

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

Part-time producers working our system: $2,000-$6,000+/month
Agents who scale to full-time: $150,000-$400,000+/year
Top agency leaders: $750,000+
• 100% commission - no base, no cap
• Weekly pay
• Monthly bonuses and world-class incentives (including trips)
• Residual renewal income that compounds year over year
• Health, dental, and vision benefits - available part-time

Results vary based on effort, hours invested, and coachability. Earnings are not guaranteed.

WHY PART-TIME WORKS HERE

Because we removed everything that wastes a salesperson's time.

You're not generating leads. You're not building a pipeline from scratch. You're not sitting in meetings. Our platform delivers the prospects, our system provides the process, and your only job is the part you're actually good at - the conversation and the close.

That's why 10-20 focused hours a week can produce what a full-time job pays. And why the people who eventually go full-time here don't do it because they have to - they do it because the math becomes obvious.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Proven track record in sales - B2C or B2B, any industry
• Comfortable talking with executives, business owners, and families
• Self-directed - you don't need to be managed to produce
• Coachable - you'll follow a proven system before improving on it
• 10-20 hours a week you can genuinely commit
• Current U.S. resident authorized to work in the U.S. - no visa sponsorship

Strong fits typically come from: real estate, solar, mortgage, auto, B2B, SaaS, pharmaceutical, financial services, or any commission-based role.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
• Warm lead platform - no cold calling, no personal network
• Proven sales system with scripts and process
• AI-powered CRM (Insurtech of the Year, 2024)
• Live mentorship from producers actively writing business
• Multiple top-rated carriers - right product for the client, every time
• 100% remote, fully flexible schedule
• $100 toward your pre-licensing course if you're not yet licensed

LICENSING

A life insurance license is required to sell - not to apply. We contribute $100 toward the course and most people finish in 2-4 weeks while still working full-time elsewhere.

Already licensed? You could be contracted and writing business within days.

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF

✗ You want guaranteed hourly pay for part-time work
✗ You need structure imposed on you to perform
✗ You're looking for something easy rather than something worth it
✗ You're located outside the United States

APPLY

Skip the cover letter. Submit your resume and answer two questions:

1. What's the best sales year you've ever had - the actual number - and what drove it?
2. How many hours a week can you commit, and what would those hours need to earn for this to be worth it?

Strong applicants are contacted within 48 hours for a 20-minute conversation.

The Choate Agency is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for everyone.

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
