Job Description:

  • Organize and maintain digital files, records, and documentation systems.
  • Transfer and properly categorize files from Fiverr, Google Drive, and other platforms into structured filing systems.
  • Organize Fiverr receipts, downloads, invoices, and project documentation for bookkeeping and recordkeeping purposes.
  • Help establish and maintain organized tracking systems for business expenses, products, and operational records.
  • Improve workflow efficiency and document accessibility using AI-powered tools where appropriate.
  • Maintain organized cloud-based filing systems and ensure files remain up to date and accessible.
  • Assist with creating, scheduling, and organizing social media content.
  • Help maintain a consistent online presence across multiple social platforms.
  • Conduct basic SEO reviews and recommend improvements for website visibility and content optimization.
  • Organize and manage digital marketing materials and assets.
  • Support ongoing content organization and branding consistency efforts.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and cloud-based document systems required.

  • Experience supporting grant applications, RFPs, or proposal writing is a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information professionally.
