Ensures accounts are worked and within established timelines.</p><p>Responsibilities:<br>* Works assigned accounts to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.<br>* Performs billing, collections, payment posting, credit balance, or customer service functions based on assignment.<br>* Documents all account activity accurately and thoroughly.<br>* Follows established workflows, payer guidelines, and departmental standards.<br>* Identifies basic issues and escalates as appropriate.<br></p><p>WORK EXPERIENCE<br>* At least 1 year Healthcare revenue cycle, billing, collections, or related required<br>* Experienced in hospital or physician revenue cycle operations preferred<br><br>EDUCATION<br>* High school diploma or equivalent required<br>* Two-year Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred<br><br>LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS<br>* Completion of all assigned HealthStream training 1 year preferred<br><br><br> </p><p><b>A Place Where You Belong</b><br> </p><p>We put our people first.
