At Yelp, we're looking for great people, not just those who simply check off all the boxes.<br/><br/><strong>What you'll do:</strong><br/><br/><ul><li>Foster and build a fun, diverse, and inclusive culture that reflects Yelp's values.</li><li>Set and articulate the vision, especially around AI by defining, championing, and evangelizing the future direction.</li><li>Drive strategy and execution through creating a roadmap, breaking down the vision into actionable steps, and delivering across 5+ engineering teams.</li><li>Deliver tangible impact executing with urgency, ensuring we innovate rapidly and exceeding business goals.</li><li>Ensure cross-functional alignment while engaging with SVPs of Sales/CS, Revenue Operations leaders, and engineering heads to align priorities and accelerate progress.</li><li>Communicate with executive leadership providing monthly updates and insights to C-suite on vision, strategy, and progress.</li><li>Champion internal workflow excellence by identifying and solving pain points for sales and CS teams with transformative tooling.</li><li>Pilot and scale AI-powered solutions including design, test, and roll out successful pilots with go-to-market teams.</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>What it takes to succeed:</strong><br/><br/><ul><li>A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent work experience is required.</li><li>Visionary leadership and ability to set ambitious strategies and inspire teams around a bold, disruptive vision.</li><li>Executive savvy specifically skilled at influencing and aligning with senior leaders to solve complex, high-impact problems.</li><li>Deep AI fluency, understanding of the latest in AI, voice, and chat automation for both internal tools and customer interactions.</li><li>Build-or-buy judgment to know when to develop in-house versus leverage external solutions to move at speed and scale.</li><li>Exceptional communication and ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear, actionable insights especially comfortable presenting to SVP and C-level.</li><li>Strong technical partnership to work closely with engineering leads to define platform roadmap, ensure stability, and scale solutions.</li><li>Track record of delivering high-impact outcomes and experience running fast, multi-team initiatives in complex organizations.</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>What you'll get:</strong><br/><br/><ul><li>Compensation range is $207,000 and $377,000 annually.
