All successful applicants will receive a permanent employment contract regardless of location. The role: - Lead the planning and implementation of software projects related to system connections with our customers, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. - Maintain and update project plans, proactively identifying and managing any project risks. - Ensure the availability of the right expertise for each project phase, coordinating with internal and external resources as necessary. - Manage stakeholder expectations, delivering regular and comprehensive project updates and effectively resolving any arising issues. - Contribute to the standardization of project implementation methodology and project templates to improve project standardization and efficiency. - Generate thorough Project/Solution Documentation, outlining project goals, deliverables, and timelines. - Handle all customer communication across various projects, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication with all stakeholders. Requirements - Master's degree in project management or related technical field required. - Background in Electronics/Electricals - Professional Project Management Certification from an accredited institution preferred. - Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods - Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others. - 3+ years of Project management experience in the field of software implementations - Experience with complex data projects where a systematic approach is crucial to success. - Dexterity with software tools and data manipulation & analysis - A creative mind that can think outside the box. - Curiosity to find disruptive as opposed to incremental solutions to challenging data problems. - Residing in and legally permitted to work in the EU.
