Senior RevOps Consultant - HubSpot Optimization + Contract Proposal Process (NetSuite, Zapier)

Other Jobs To Apply

Gateway Service Group is a private equity-backed exterior property services platform (street sweeping, day porter, power washing, construction sweeping) with seven branches across the US. We are looking for an experienced RevOps consultant to optimize our existing HubSpot instance and design and build a scalable, systems-based process for creating, approving, tracking, and managing customer contracts and proposals.

HubSpot is already configured and in use across our sales teams, but it has not been tuned for a standardized contract workflow. Our proposal and contract process still relies too heavily on individual effort and email. We need a repeatable process that runs on our existing systems, is easy for branch sales teams to follow, is fully documented in SOPs, and gives leadership visibility into pipeline, renewals, pricing, and contract status.

What you will deliver:

An audit of our current HubSpot setup with specific recommendations on pipelines, deal stages, properties, workflows, permissions, and data hygiene

A documented end-to-end process for proposal creation, pricing approval, contract execution, handoff to operations, renewals, and change orders

HubSpot optimization to support that process - cleaned up pipelines and stages, required properties, quote and proposal templates, approval workflows, and leadership dashboards

A defined integration approach between HubSpot and NetSuite so that won deals, customer records, contract terms, and billing setup flow without manual re-entry

Automation via Zapier, Make, HubSpot workflows, or direct API connectivity where native integration falls short

Standard proposal and contract templates with controlled pricing fields and approval gates

Written SOPs and system documentation covering every step of the process, who owns it, and how it runs in HubSpot and NetSuite

A recorded walkthrough and short training session for our sales and operations leaders

Required experience:

-5+ years in RevOps, sales operations, or CRM systems consulting

-Deep hands-on HubSpot experience - Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise, quotes, workflows, custom objects, and reporting, including optimizing instances that are already live

-NetSuite experience, specifically the customer, sales order, and billing side, and how it connects to a CRM

-Proven automation work using Zapier or similar tools and direct API integrations

-Strong documentation skills - you have written SOPs and process documentation that non-technical teams actually use

-A portfolio of similar process builds you can walk us through

Preferred experience:

-Field services management (FSM) platforms or service-based businesses with recurring and project work

-Commercial property management or property services industries

-Multi-location or multi-branch sales organizations

-Private equity-backed or roll-up environments where standardization across acquired companies matters

Timeline and engagement

We would like this completed within 14 days of kickoff. Expect a discovery call and HubSpot audit in the first two days, a process design and system map for sign-off by day five, build and testing through day eleven, and SOPs, documentation, and training in the final three days. We are open to fixed price or hourly. You will work directly with the CEO and our finance and sales leaders, and we will provide HubSpot and NetSuite access on day one.

To apply

Please include two or three examples of HubSpot optimization or process builds you have delivered, a sample SOP or process document you have written, your proposed approach to the HubSpot to NetSuite connection, your availability over the next two weeks, and whether you prefer fixed price or hourly for this scope.

1. HOW DO YOU PLAN YOUR DAY?

This is what this question poses: When do you focus and start working seriously? What are the hours you work optimally? Are you a night owl? A morning bird? Remote teams can be made up of people working on different shifts and around the world, so you won't necessarily be stuck in the 9-5 schedule if it's not for you...

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
