This role is designed for the seasoned ServiceNow professional who values flexibility. We are building a bench of reliable experts to tackle a steady pipeline of diverse, remote projects. If you enjoy jumping into new environments, solving specific technical hurdles, and delivering high-quality results without the overhead of a traditional 9-to-5, this is for you.

The Role at a Glance
Engagement: Part-time, project-based, and fully remote.

Focus: Implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting across various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).

Commitment: Flexible; pick up projects that fit your current availability.

What You Will Do
Technical Execution: Lead or assist in the configuration, development, and customization of ServiceNow instances based on client requirements.

Solution Design: Provide architectural guidance and best practices to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.

Integration & Development: Utilize JavaScript, GlideStack, and ServiceNow APIs to integrate the platform with third-party applications.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure deliverables meet high standards before client hand-off.

What We Are Looking For
Proven Expertise: Significant "hands-on" experience with the ServiceNow platform (Rome, San Diego, Tokyo, or Utah releases preferred).

Certifications: Active Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Cerified Application Developer (CAD) is required; Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules is also required

Adaptability: The ability to ramp up quickly on new client instances and understand unique business processes.

Communication: Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.

Why Join Our Network?
Maximum Flexibility: Work when you want and where you want. No long-term "red tape" or corporate bureaucracy.

Steady Income Stream: We handle the business development and client acquisition; you focus on the technical work you love.

Diverse Projects: Keep your skills sharp by working across different industries and complex ServiceNow environments.

Ready to get started? Please submit your resume along with a brief list of your active ServiceNow certifications and your general weekly availability.

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
