Ready to work with the world’s most iconic convenience brand? We’re hiring a Special Projects Technician I to join our team and help keep our stores running smoothly. Whether it’s ensuring our famous Slurpee machines are always at the perfect chill or tackling large scale projects and upgrades, your expertise will shine in this dynamic role!

Responsibilities

  • Complete point of sale upgrades and installations, fuel dispenser upgrades and other specialized projects
  • Serve on a strike team to support markets with service calls during In-House Maintenance technician staffing shortages
  • Manage and fulfill orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
  • Maintain parts inventory and complete daily reports to support operational efficiency
  • Perform additional duties such as training technicians, prioritize assigned work orders, and conduct basic structural maintenance

Requirements

  • The ability to travel 50% of the time or greater with the ability to work flexible hours defined by the project
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance
  • Valid Driver’s License (with real ID or equivalent for air travel)
  • Show leadership, peer-to-peer tech support, effective communication, handle stretch assignments, facility location ownership and time management
