Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>Position Summary:</p><p>Aetna Medicaid Administrators, LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring a Sr. Manager, Business Consultant to produce business intelligence by querying health care data and generating reports. Duties include: work with cross-functional and business teams and manage the flow of business intelligence to users to support business solution planning; manage the solutions development lifecycle and interface with health plan entities and internal business units to identify data patterns and trends, define reporting specifications, and translate business requirements into technical solutions; finalize technical reporting criteria and conduct peer review of data results; develop large-scale data structures, pipelines, and efficient <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Extract/Load/Transform</span> (ETL) workflows to organize, collect and standardize data to generate business insight and address reporting needs; synthesize business intelligence, trend data, and user feedback related to Health Plans to support recommendations for action and create presentations illustrating the financial impact of Health Plans; enable real-time analytical solutions that leverage emerging technologies and develop prototypes and proof of concepts for complex data engineering projects; integrate business logic with upstream and downstream systems and generate programming logic to validate financial data; develop, implement, test, and deliver innovative analytics solutions, business intelligence tools, and technology architecture; maintain reusable knowledge assets, develop metrics and KPI data layers, and utilize data visualization tools to present business information and align with organizational goals; support development of data engineering solutions to leverage best practices and industry leading technologies to profile data, develop efficient ingestion, and build semantic data layers by sourcing data from PBM, Specialty, Retail and HealthCare business.</p><p></p><p>Job Requirements:</p><p>5+ years of experience in healthcare operations</p><p>5+ years healthcare informatics experience</p><p>Experiecne with databases including but not limited to Microsoft SQL server, SAS and SQL programming languages;</p><p>Experience with Visualization tools, including PowerBI or Tableau</p><p>Software development lifecycle; Writing clean, high quality, high performing, scalable code; and Providing domain support for healthcare or retail pharmacy organization.</p><p></p><p>Preferred Skills:</p><p>EDI experience</p><p>Experience building business requirement documents is a plus</p><p>Project Management in cross functional environment</p><p>Microsoft Visio experience preferred</p><p></p><p>Education:</p><p>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalant work experience</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program. <br><br>In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
