CloudHQ has state-of-the-art data center sites located in two Northern Virginia locations, as well as London, Frankfurt, Paris, Milan, and Sao Paulo, and we anticipate exponential growth over the next several years both in the US and abroad.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What The Role Entails</strong></p><p>CloudHQ seeks a passionate, strategic, and hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts across the US and LATAM regions while helping shape the future of talent acquisition across our global business.</p><p>This is a true player/manager role, combining leadership responsibilities with direct ownership of a recruitment portfolio. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing a small team, building strong relationships with business leaders and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes across a broad range of functions, including engineering, construction, data center operations, corporate and technical roles.</p><p>The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in supporting the company's continued growth by attracting exceptional talent, enhancing the candidate experience, strengthening employer branding initiatives and building scalable recruitment processes that support a fast paced, high growth environment.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter and people leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, is highly proactive, data driven and enjoys partnering closely with stakeholders to solve complex hiring challenges.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Will Get to Do </strong></p><ul><li>Own and execute the full recruitment cycle strategy across the US and LATAM regions, supporting CloudHQ and affiliated group companies</li><li>Manage a personal requisition load while leading and developing a Talent Acquisition team, ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes across all business functions</li><li>Lead full cycle recruitment activities, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, offer management and onboarding support</li><li>Build strong partnerships with senior leaders, hiring managers and key stakeholders across the business, serving as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategy and market intelligence</li><li>Attend CloudHQ project sites and operational locations to strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of workforce needs</li><li>Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, databases and networking channels</li><li>Recruit for a diverse range of positions across engineering, construction, project delivery, data center operations, corporate and technical functions</li><li>Lead and support internship, graduate and early career hiring programs to build future talent pipelines</li><li>Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and succession planning initiatives</li><li>Drive employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to enhance CloudHQ's visibility and reputation as an employer of choice</li><li>Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process</li><li>Support Talent Acquisition technology initiatives, including ATS enhancements and broader HRIS projects</li><li>Utilize recruitment metrics and data analytics to provide insights, identify trends, and improve hiring effectiveness</li><li>Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support organizational growth and talent initiatives</li><li>Participate in career fairs, industry networking events, university engagement activities and other talent attraction initiatives</li><li>Provide leadership and mentorship to direct reports while fostering a collaborative and high performing recruitment culture</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Bring to The Role</strong></p><ul><li>8+ years of progressive talent acquisition / recruitment experience, including experience managing full cycle recruitment processes</li><li>Previous people management or team leadership experience</li><li>Strong experience recruiting within engineering, construction, infrastructure, mission critical facilities or data center environments preferred</li><li>Demonstrated success identifying, attracting and engaging passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms</li><li>Experience supporting high growth organizations and managing multiple concurrent hiring priorities</li><li>Experience developing internship, graduate or early career talent programs</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise leaders at all levels of the organization</li><li>Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, recruitment technologies and talent analytics tools</li><li>Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, talent market trends and employment legislation</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams</li><li>High level of professionalism, discretion and integrity when handling confidential information</li><li>Positive attitude, strong sense of ownership and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p>CloudHQ’s people and culture are the most enriching aspects that make us a great place to work.
