About the Role

Are you a natural storyteller with a passion for travel? Do you have the "it factor" that makes people feel comfortable and excited from the moment you say hello?

  • Leads: Provided daily. No cold calling.
  • Product: The gold-standard in vacation memberships (50-year history).
  • Vibe: Professional, high-energy, and fun.

Ascend Vacation Group is seeking a charismatic, high-energy Sales Representative to join our team. You won't just be selling memberships; you’ll be selling the dream of world-class travel and unforgettable experiences. Using Zoom as your primary stage, you will connect with potential clients, showcase the exclusive benefits of our platform, and help them unlock a world of luxury travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Virtual Presentations: Conduct high-quality sales presentations via Zoom, maintaining a professional and engaging presence.
  • Platform Tours: Lead potential members through a live "walkthrough" of our membership website, highlighting key features and savings.
  • Relationship Building: Act as the friendly face of Ascend, answering questions with transparency, confidence, and warmth.
  • Closing: Identify client needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our membership to secure new enrollments.
  • Administrative Follow-up: Briefly document client interactions to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Charismatic & Outgoing: You have a "people-first" personality and can build rapport quickly over a screen.
  • Excellent Communicator: You speak clearly, listen actively, and can explain complex benefits in a simple, exciting way.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable navigating Zoom and sharing your screen while maintaining a professional digital environment.
  • Presentable: Since this is a video-first role, you take pride in a professional appearance and a clean, quiet home-office background.
  • Reliable: You are disciplined about your schedule and ready to hit the ground running during peak hours.

Schedule Requirements

This position is approximately 20–25 hours per week. To best serve our clients when they are available, we require the following shifts:

  • Tuesday – Friday: Evening availability.
  • Saturday: Morning availability.
  • (Sunday & Monday: Off)

What We Offer

  • Competitive performance-based incentives.
  • The flexibility of working from home.
  • A positive, travel-obsessed company culture.
  • Full training on our membership platform and sales process.

How to Apply

We don't hire resumes; we hire personalities. Since this role is 100% video-based, we want to see your "Zoom Presence" before we schedule a call.

Skip the cover letter. Send us a 60-second video instead.

Your Mission: Record a quick 45-60 second video on your phone or webcam answering one question: "What is the best vacation you've ever taken, and why?"

We aren't judging your vacation—we are judging your storytelling.

  • Are you engaging?
  • Do you smile?
  • Is your lighting decent? (Show us your setup!)
