This role supports the design, development, and maintenance of automation solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort across the organization.</p><p></p><p>The ideal candidate is an experienced automation developer who can work independently on assigned tasks, contribute to solution design discussions, and collaborate effectively with a team of engineers and stakeholders. This position is hands-on and delivery-focused, with opportunities to grow technical depth across RPA, AI-enabled automation, and low-code platforms.</p><p></p><p><b>Primary Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath-based automation solutions.</p></li><li><p>Participate in process discovery and requirements gathering with internal teams and customers.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to solution design discussions and provide technical input on automation approaches.</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain UiPath workflows following established development standards and best practices.</p></li><li><p>Support the integration of AI-enabled tools and platforms (e.g., Anthropic, ChatGPT, Copilot) into automation solutions, as applicable.</p></li><li><p>Implement appropriate exception handling, logging, and monitoring.</p></li><li><p>Deploy and manage automations using UiPath Orchestrator (On-Prem & Automation Cloud), including scheduling and troubleshooting.</p></li><li><p>Create and maintain process and technical documentation (PDDs, SDDs, user guides).</p></li><li><p>Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing activities.</p></li><li><p>Manage assigned work with minimal supervision while collaborating closely with the broader automation team.</p></li><li><p>Stay current with automation, AI, and low-code technologies and recommend incremental improvements.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Basic Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum 2 years of relevant practical experience, or Master’s degree with less than 2 years of relevant practical experience.</p></li><li><p>High school diploma with additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.</p></li><li><p>A minimum if 2 years of experience as a UiPath RPA Developer.</p></li><li><p>Ability to obtain Secret clearance immediately upon hire.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience developing, testing, and deploying UiPath automations.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with UiPath Orchestrator for job scheduling, monitoring, and issue resolution.</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of software development fundamentals, including testing and debugging.</p></li><li><p>Experience with process analysis and technical documentation.</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and learn new technologies.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on defined tasks.</p></li><li><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.</p></li><li><p>Must be a U.S. Citizen.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>UiPath RPA Developer Associate or Advanced Certification.</p></li><li><p>Experience with AI platforms, such as Anthropic (Claude), ChatGPT/OpenAI, and Microsoft Copilot.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.</p></li><li><p>Programming experience with Python.</p></li><li><p>Experience with VB.NET, PowerShell, or SQL.</p></li><li><p>Exposure to Snowflake and/or Databricks.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Confluence.</p></li><li><p>IAT Level II Certified or able to obtain certification.</p></li><li><p>Active Secret-level or higher clearance.</p></li></ul><p>If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
