Job Summary:

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Labourers to join our growing logistics team. As a Warehouse Labourer, you will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping inventory. We are hiring immediately for multiple positions – do not miss this opportunity to start your career with a reliable employer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload products from trucks and containers safely and efficiently

  • Receive and verify incoming shipments against documentation

  • Organize inventory within the warehouse and maintain clean work areas

  • Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment (if certified)

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

  • Report any damages, safety hazards, or discrepancies to supervisors

  • Follow all health and safety guidelines as per company policies

  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks

  • Good understanding of basic English (spoken and written)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Punctual, reliable, and willing to work as part of a team

  • Legally authorized to work in Canada (LMIA provided for eligible international applicants)

  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required

Experience:

  • No formal experience required – on-the-job training will be provided

  • Prior warehouse, logistics, or general labor experience is considered an asset

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position

  • Shifts available: Day, Evening, Night

  • 8-12 hour shifts depending on workload and season

  • Overtime may be required during peak seasons

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of basic warehouse safety practices

  • Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (cold storage or heated spaces)

  • Basic math and counting skills for order handling

  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
