Overview We are a seeking a part-time, weekend only contract client onboarding associate to help answer phone calls from prospective families and walk them through the onboarding process to receive medical care for their children. Work-from-home / remote work is permitted. Hours are flexible between 4-8 hours per week based on your availability. As a Healthcare associate, you will be the first point of contact for patients needing ABA Therapy and Autism Services for their child. You will be responsible for receiving and responding to incoming calls from parents, insurance carriers, providers, referral sources and potential patients. Requirements • Must be extremely comfortable being on the phone • You are fun to work with!
