Key Roles & Responsibilities

Platform Administration & Operations

Own day-to-day and strategic administration of the Automation Anywhere A360 platform, including Control Room, Bot Creators, and Bot Runners
Ensure platform availability, performance, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness
Lead Automation Anywhere upgrades, patches, and environment enhancements
Monitor bot performance, queues, logs, and schedules to ensure smooth and reliable execution

Service Management & Operational Support

Manage RPA platform incidents, problems, and changes in line with enterprise service management processes
Act as Tier 3 escalation support for complex production issues
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions
Support release, change, and deployment activities across environments
Develop and maintain operational runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge documentation

Governance & Security

Enforce platform standards, controls, and best practices across all RPA environments
Ensure compliance with security, access control, and audit requirements
Manage user roles, credentials, and vault configurations
Support audit reviews and ensure traceability of bot executions and changes

Environment & Release Management

Manage bot promotion and deployments across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production
Ensure proper version control, rollback procedures, and release approvals
Coordinate environment readiness to support scaling and new automation delivery

Stakeholder & Team Enablement

Partner with RPA developers, solution architects, infrastructure, and security teams
Provide technical guidance and operational best practices
Mentor junior administrators and contribute to operational capability maturity

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in RPA platform administration, with strong expertise in Automation Anywhere (A360)
Proven experience supporting enterprise-scale, production RPA environments
Strong understanding of RPA platform architecture and lifecycle management
Hands-on experience with Control Room configuration, scheduling, monitoring, and Credential Vault
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Windows servers, virtual machines, and access management
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
