Overview

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customers’ business requirements within complex healthcare environments by applying data and workflow process knowledge to technology roadmap / enabling objectives.
  • Manage customer engagements to drive measurable, sustainable improvements in clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
  • Lead and support project teams and conduct status checks with the customer to assess progress against plans and timelines to successfully meet engagement goals.
  • Prepare and present project status reports and assist in sales support interactions.

What You Will Need to Do/Qualifications

  • Familiar with current trends in healthcare, including value-based healthcare and population health management.
  • Knowledge of radiology economics, budgeting processes, and financial planning.
  • Engagement management, project/program management and/or consulting experience in a performance improvement environment.
  • Applied understanding of analytics and workflow optimization.
  • Strong oral and written presentation skills in customer environments; team and customer-oriented.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Willingness to learn about new software and hardware solutions as you will be working with latest technology.
  • Experience scanning on Siemens MRI systems, including experience with Dot Strategies.
  • Deep understanding of MR clinical workflows and associated processes.
  • Knowledge of MRI physics, artifacts, and MR signal semiology, including how sequences affect image quality, contrast, or acquisition time.
  • Experience with MR image quality improvement initiatives including quality control activities.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Imaging credentials for MR with a Bachelor\'s degree in a clinical healthcare-related field.
  • Advanced degree in a related business, management, communications, or clinical healthcare field preferred.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of combined clinical and management experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $116,500 - $174,700 annually. The annual incentive target is 10%. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) plan, life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off, healthcare training, and more. Position requires full access to Siemens Healthineers client sites and may involve vendor credentialing requirements.
