Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Clinical Data Analyst to join our remote team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to apply their academic knowledge to real-world clinical datasets. You will be responsible for supporting the collection, cleaning, and analysis of clinical trial data under the guidance of our senior analysts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the processing and validation of clinical data from various sources (e.g., EDC systems, lab reports).
  • Perform data cleaning and mapping tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in generating routine reports and summaries for ongoing clinical studies.
  • Conduct basic statistical analyses to identify trends and anomalies in datasets.
  • Collaborate with team members to document data management processes.
  • Ensure all activities comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biostatistics, Public Health, Data Science, or a closely related field.
  • Foundational understanding of clinical research concepts (e.g., GCP, clinical trial phases).
  • Academic or project-based experience with data analysis tools, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with clinical data standards (CDISC, SDTM) is a significant plus.
  • Experience with statistical programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python.
  • Exposure to data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
