High-Ticket Closer - Fitness, Remote, Commission-Based

Let's be honest about what most sales jobs actually look like.

Cold calls to people who never asked to hear from you. Managers who haven’t sold anything in years. A “process” that changes every quarter. Leads that go nowhere. A commission structure that sounds great until you read the fine print.

This isn’t that.

At Vshred, our closers work warm, current clients — people who already raised their hand and want help transforming their health. There’s no cold outreach, no chasing ghosts, and no convincing people they have a problem. The problem is already on the table. Your job is to help them solve it.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Run Zoom consultations with current clients who are ready to talk
  • Ask the right questions to uncover what’s really holding someone back
  • Match prospects with the Vshred program that fits their goals and situation
  • Guide people to a confident buying decision — no pressure, no tricks
  • Stay sharp in the CRM and follow up like a professional
  • Work alongside coaches and client success teams who are invested in customer outcomes

Who Thrives Here

This role is built for someone who is coachable, competitive, and genuinely cares about the people they’re talking to. You don’t need to be perfect — you need to be committed to getting better.

You’re a fit if you:

  • Have experience in phone or Zoom-based high-ticket sales
  • Take feedback without ego and apply it immediately
  • Are self-disciplined enough to perform in a remote environment
  • Actually believe in health, fitness, and helping people change their lives
  • Come from fitness, wellness, personal training, nutrition, or performance-driven sales

Why Vshred

We’re not a startup figuring it out. Vshred is one of the largest online fitness brands in the world, and our closers are at the center of how we grow. You’ll have high-volume inbound lead flow, a proven consultative sales process, uncapped earning potential, and leadership that is actively invested in your development.

If this sounds like the environment you’ve been looking for — apply now.

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
