Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the world's top global hospitality companies in a fully remote capacity, with preferred locations in California or Hawaii. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to attract, retain, and develop top talent across Hilton-managed hotels throughout North America. Reporting to the Manager of the Recruitment Operations Center, you will manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle, serving as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and property leadership teams while ensuring recruitment processes, compliance standards, and metrics are consistently met.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure recruitment processes, metrics, and compliance are achieved in accordance with established standards
  • Utilize an applicant tracking system to evaluate applicant information submitted in response to job postings
  • Conduct screening interviews and forward qualified candidates to the appropriate hiring managers
  • Source suitable candidates for hard-to-fill roles through proactive outreach and sourcing strategies
  • Establish minimum qualification standards prior to posting positions and manage postings across internal, external, and commercial job sites
  • Administer pre-approved selection tests and pre-employment processes, including background checks, drug testing, and employment authorization verification
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and close out positions in the applicant tracking system upon completion of all required notes and final dispositions
  • Communicate regular recruitment updates to Recruitment Operations Center leaders, hiring managers, and property-level leadership teams
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to ensure recruitment needs are accurately assessed and fulfilled
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of quality talent through networking within the hospitality community, sourcing and cold calling outreach, participation in job fairs, and ongoing engagement with prospective candidates for future opportunities

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline development abilities
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge of EEOC, ADA, and applicable employment laws
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition best practices

Experience:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting experience
  • Experience supporting Sales and Marketing, Events and/or Catering, Food and Beverage/Culinary Operations, and/or Front Office/Guest Services within a large hotel environment
  • One (1) or more years of experience working with applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Experience working with EEOC, ADA, and employment laws preferred
