This Backend leaning Full Stack role is part of the New Value area, a cross-functional team working across business, product, design, and insights to identify, evaluate, launch, and scale new content verticals and revenue models. Our ambition is to evolve the Podcast Vertical into a general-purpose creator and publisher platform that delivers meaningful value to Spotify Premium and drives over $1B in incremental revenue.

In the year ahead, the squad will focus on building a new, scalable version of Spotify’s native subscription offering, enhancing Synced Feeds, and evolving SOA. Put together, these efforts are establishing a strong foundation for creators of all sizes to monetize their fans directly on Spotify.

  • Experience with infrastructure-related technologies is a plus.

  • You care about agile software development and a culture of constant learning and improvement.

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
