Other Jobs To Apply

Numbers don't lie — and people who can organize them are always in demand. NoGigiddy is hiring a Bookkeeping Assistant to support our finance team with transaction recording, reconciliation, and financial reporting. This is a high-trust, high-value role that pays well and can be done entirely remotely on a flexible schedule. You don't need a CPA — you need to be organized, meticulous, and comfortable with spreadsheets and accounting software. We'll handle the rest.

Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions including income, expenses, and transfers accurately
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and payment processor records on a weekly basis
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date accounts payable and accounts receivable records
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial summaries and reports for leadership review
  • Categorize expenses in accordance with the company chart of accounts
  • Flag discrepancies, duplicate charges, or missing receipts for review
  • Support payroll processing and contractor payment runs as needed

Requirements

  • No formal accounting degree required
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles (debits, credits, reconciliation)
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks, Wave, or similar accounting software — or willingness to learn
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel)
  • Extreme attention to detail — a transposed digit costs everyone
  • Trustworthy with sensitive financial data and comfortable with confidentiality expectations
  • Reliable internet and a secure, distraction-free workspace

Benefits

  • Earn $18–$25/hr depending on experience
  • Flexible part-time hours — ideal for those balancing multiple income streams
  • Fully remote position
  • Exposure to real business financials and operations
  • Path to full-charge bookkeeper and finance coordinator roles
  • Access to NoGigiddy's full ecosystem of remote earning opportunities

NoGigiddy is a digital platform built for gig workers, side hustlers, and anyone building an income outside the traditional 9-to-5. We connect our community with real earning opportunities — remote jobs, surveys, clinical trials, gig platforms, and financial tools — all in one place, free to access, no gatekeeping. We built what we wish had existed, and we hire people who actually get it.

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
