Human Resources Intern – Hands-On HR Experience

We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern who is currently studying Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field and wants to gain real-world experience before graduation.

This internship is ideal for someone who is in the final stage of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and wants the opportunity to apply what they have learned in school in a real operating company.

You will have the opportunity to participate in building and organizing HR processes, assist with recruiting and onboarding, work with employee documentation, and gain practical experience with day-to-day HR operations.

This is not just an observational internship. You will be able to take part in real projects and see how HR systems and processes are created and improved inside a growing business.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruiting and candidate screening
  • Help create and post job listings
  • Review applications and resumes
  • Assist with scheduling and conducting interviews
  • Help organize onboarding for new team members
  • Assist with employee documentation and record organization
  • Help develop internal HR procedures and policies
  • Participate in improving recruiting and onboarding processes
  • Help organize employee information and HR files
  • Assist with communication between management and team members
  • Participate in HR projects designed to improve company operations
  • Help build and organize HR processes as the company grows

Qualifications

  • Basic computer and organizational skills

Previous professional HR experience is not required.
